Hi Beauties ! With warmer weather in sight, I wanted to share Pantone's Fashion Color Report for Spring 2013! These 9 shades are forecast to be the Hottest colors in fashion this season- 1. Emerald 2. Dusk Blue 3. Tender Shoots 4. Grayed Jade 5. Lemon Zest 6. Linen 7. Monaco Blue 8. Poppy Red 9. Nectarine The color forecast for this Spring consists of an eclectic mix of punchy brights, jewel tones and dusty muted shades.
